Shipping Policy

 

This shipping policy is created for Infinity Hollow, Deez Creationz by Julie, LLC and last updated on 8/12/26.

 

Domestic Shipping:

Standard shipping (7-10) business days $5 or more depending on the amount of items ordered.

 

Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1-5 business days excluding weekends and public holidays. Once the item(s) has been processed and handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

 

Cancellations:

Once an order has been placed and processing begins, the order cannot be cancelled. If there are questions regarding cancelling an order, please contact us.

 

Return Policy:

Returns will be accepted within (7) days from the processing date of the order. Buyer is responsible to cover the return shipping costs. The item must be unopened and in new condition. Some items, such as items on sale, may not be eligible for return. Credit will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the item and approval.

 

Damages:

Infinity Hollow is not liable for lost or damaged products after the orders have been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier. If your product arrives damaged, reach out to us so that we may assist you with filing a claim with the shipping carrier. Infinity Hollow, Deez Creationz by Julie is not responsible for damages to your personal property.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

Items cannot be shipped to a P.O. Boxes.

 

Wax Melts:

If you have ordered wax melts and live in an area of extreme temperatures during the warmer months, please note that the wax melts could melt prior to receiving the product and we are not responsible for melted products.

 

Freshies:

Please remember each freshie is unique and may not look identical to one another. Scent may last anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months, depending on the temperature and environment it is placed in. You may become nose blind to scent. Freshies may melt when exposed to extreme heat or direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time. To avoid this please hang the freshie on your blinker when being parked for long periods of time in warmer months. Do not place the freshie on any surface, the color/oils may stain them. Some freshies have glitter that can wiggle loose during shipment. Do not ingest; please keep away from children and pets. Freshies will not be replaced due to scent loss, misuse or melting.
